Designer Wig Outlet is committed to 100% client satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please let your wig stylist know prior to purchase.
Due to federal sanitation laws, we are unable to do returns or exchanges. Please make sure you love your piece before taking it home!
We have hundreds of colors and styles in-stock at both of our locations. In the case that we do not have a piece in stock that you are looking for, we can order it in for you. We require a deposit ($50 for synthetic pieces, $200 for human hair pieces) at the time of ordering, and it will be ready to picked up within 3-7 business days depending on the brand.
For phone orders, or orders that will need to be shipped to you, please be prepared to pay by phone or at the time of order in-store. Time of arrival will vary and your wig stylist will provide any additional information.
We happily ship wigs, toppers, hairpieces and products to our clients in and out-of-state. Please review the 'orders' tab above for important information.
Before ordering your piece, please let your wig stylist know your measurements and any customizing details that we would need to know (if you want bangs trimmed in, clips added etc).
